To make the most efficient use of your time:
STEP 1: Review my Home Page (if you have not already done so) to determine the specific property(s) in which you have an interest. Click on the various links to get more information and pictures.
STEP 3: If you wish to view in person, please email me stating exactly which property(s) you wish to view, your desired occupancy date, and state two or three specific dates and times you would be available to meet. For example:
CORRECT: "I would like to view ________ for occupancy beginning June 1. I can meet Monday between 2-6 pm or Wednesday from 9 am-2 pm"
INCORRECT: "I want to move in sometime over the summer and I can meet most anytime after 3 pm this week"

NOTE: If you are coming in from out of town and need a motel, we do have Furnished Nightly Rentals available at a price less than most motels in the area. Also, plesae be aware that we must assess a $5 charge for Saturday, Sunday, and holiday showings, which will be applied to your application fee should you decide to rent. This is payable in cash upon arrival at the office. If you stay at our Furnished Night Rentals in lieu of a motel, the $5 charge is waived.
